If you're a woman, particularly one who has had a baby, prepare to feel really horrible about yourself. Here's Gwen Stefani at a concert, post-baby, looking like something out of a bodybuilder magazine. I will say, however, that she got those abs apparently at the expense of her face because it looks really freakin' weird to say the least.
