Heidi Montag and her d-bag boyfriend showed their faces at the premiere of G.I. Joe, and of course she had to pimp herself out by holding up the issue of Playboy she's in. I'm not entirely sure what they were thinking with that cover because it looks like they're doing some kind of tribute to burn victims, but apparently it's dirt. Who knows.
