Everyone's favorite celebrity that manages to stay famous by doing absolutely nothing was spotted in Malibu on the beach in a bikini this past weekend. Of course I can only be referring to someone from The Hills, and in this case, it's Kristin Cavallari. It's so impressive how she stands there and gets paid for it. Go, Kristin!
