Megan Fox was at the Teen Choice Awards, and she apparently thought it would be hilarious to make fun of retarded kids while there based on the picture above. Of course in all the others, she looks like her normal incredible self, but I think she owes the mentally challenged community an apology. My friends and I will be waiting for it.
