Everyone's favorite 9 foot blond girl, Blake Lively, was out and about yesterday wearing some kind of outfit that should be illegal. This is the kind of stuff that creates stalkers and perverts like me. Whenever Gossip Girl comes on this season, it doesn't matter how God awful it is...I'm watching it.
