Marie Osmond collapsed on the dance floor of last night's live broadcast of "Dancing with the Stars" after completing a difficult samba routine with dancing partner Jonathan Roberts.
Marie later explained to the judges and the audience that this has happened to her before. She said:
You know, I'm no doctor, but the fact that once in a while Marie Osmond stops breathing can't be a good thing... for her, anyway. Maybe she should get that checked out or something. Although, I can understand why she wouldn't be too alarmed... after all, she's the sister of Donnie Osmond... every time I hear him sing... he leaves me breathless. Maybe the same happens to her, and after a while, she just got used to feeling that way. You can't blame her then, really.
By the way, is it just me or is that loud, booming THUD when she hits the floor just absolutely hilarious? No? Hmm... maybe I'm just a bad person then.
