I have no idea what Operation Smile is, but if it's seriously a gathering of celebrities all smiling like this, it's the gayest thing I've ever seen. If you're going to go through the trouble of getting a bunch of celebrities together, at least make it Operation Take Off Your Clothes or something. This is just lame. But anyway, Jessica Simpson was there in a black dress, looking a little bit like she has no idea where she is.
