It turns out the nice people at Saturday Night Live feel bad enough for the Kanye West/Taylor Swift event that they're letting her host SNL soon according to AP:
Taylor Swift will have the stage to herself next month — with no interruptions — when she hosts "Saturday Night Live."
"I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time," the 19-year-old Swift said. "There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits."

So here's the deal. She'll come out to do her monologue and, in the middle of it, a Kanye West lookalike will walk out and say some regurgitated crap about Beyonce or Chevy Chase or Mike Myers being the best SNL host of all time. It will get a few canned laughs, and then she'll go on to not be very funny in the rest of the show. However, Kristen Wiig will save the show like she does every other week and we'll all go on living our lives the following morning. You heard it here first.
