According to the place I found these, this is Katy Perry shopping at Kitson on Melrose in West Hollywood. I'm going to assume Kitson is the store and Melrose is the street, but who knows. Anyway, I know these pictures are hardly exciting, but in case you're a big fan or Katy or plan on stalking her, it might help you to know where she was yesterday.
