Here's Hilary Duff on the set of her new movie, "The Business of Falling in Love" where apparently they thought she needed to be 2-3 cup sizes bigger to get the point across. There's no way this is an accurate depiction of her breasts, so there's either some serious stuff going on or that bra should be mandatory for every girl on Earth. Someone call Obama, I hear he signs laws and stuff.
