If Katy Perry wasn't drunk in any of these pictures, there's something seriously wrong with that girl. I'm thinking a little bit of retardation or psychosis, but then again, I'm not a psychologist. I just read a lot of medical Web sites. So I'm kinda like a doctor only without all of the useless schooling. Anyway, despite my medical background and Katy's craziness, she looks really good.
