Katy Perry's Birthday Attracts Strange People

Think of the strangest person you know, and there's a good chance he or she was at Katy Perry's birthday party a couple of days ago. Seriously, I see midgets and all around freakish people...the kind that go to Wal Mart at 3am because they think no one else will be there. There's even a bunch of orange midgets there. I'm very confused, but Katy looks f'n incredible, so all is forgiven.
