TMZ reports that today is the day that Britney and K-Fed make it official. That's right, today Britney's lawyer, Laura Wassar, took the final divorce papers to a Los Angeles County Superior Court so the judge could sign off on the details of Britney and K-Fed's settlement. This would make everything final.
So what did the final settlement entail? TMZ explains that in addition to what is already guaranteed to big Kev in the prenup, which is $15,000 per month in child support and $20,000 per month in spousal support (which stops in September), he will have 50% custody of the children.
Fair enough, right? I say no. I mean, Britney's been off shaving her head and taking the kids to Vegas for impromptu photographer beatings while K-Fed has been, what appears to be, relatively normal (except for the fact that deep down he wishes he were Vanilla Ice).
So how is it even remotely possible that the custody agreement is 50/50, which is commonplace for relationships that don't include one former spouse going "Britney" on everyone!? Answer? Well, Britney clearly has a good lawyer. Oh, don't forget, K-Fed is a piece of trash.
But, we are told that neither Britney nor Kevin are satisfied with this custody arrangement? Will K-Fed battle it out in court? We'll see.
