The idiotic Colorado family who pretended their stupid kid was in a balloon will be facing the judge today. Richard and Mayumi Heence will officially receive their sentences today, which I can only hope are to fly around aimlessly in a balloon for 3 days without food or water. TMZ reports:
Richard was charged with attempting to influence a public servant, a felony. Mayumi was charged with false reporting to authorities, a misdemeanor.
Apparently they are going to receive 60 and 90 days in jail for these crimes. They really should get their wish of having their own reality show now. Just hook a camera up to the jail cell and put it on TLC or the Weather Channel or whoever will take it. I'd watch...and laugh.
