When you go around telling drunk girls to take off their tops and it ends up making you a multi-millionaire, there are things that come with that lifestyle. One of those things happens to be taking on the United States government according to TMZ:
TMZ has obtained legal docs Francis filed in federal court, asking a judge to order the feds to release his money government has frozen.
The IRS issued a tax lien against Francis earlier this month to the tune of $33,819,087.14. According to the new docs, the government went in and froze Joe's accounts over at UBS and Morgan Stanley. Joe told TMZ the accounts total $100 mil.

I suppose the whole girls taking off their tops thing has very little to do with it and it's mostly the whole not paying taxes thing, but I wanted to say it anyway. I don't know what will come of this but I'm guessing he'll be eating a lot of Ramon noodles like me for the next couple of weeks.
