Sophie Turner Goes Out on the Town

I always thought that phrase was stupid - "out on the town." Doesn't make any sense if you think about it, but anyway, here's Sophie Turner in fact going out on the town in some kind of animal looking dress. That's cool and all, but who the hell is she?
