The Sheen family drama-thon is starting to get a little ridiculous. Now Charlie has even signed himself into rehab and "Two and a Half Men" is officially on break. Quick question: where the hell are the kids? Without anyone to look after them, they'll be eating out of garbage cans alongside raccoons in days.
Publicist Stan Rosenfield announced Tuesday that Sheen has entered a rehab facility "as a preventative measure." He asked for privacy for Sheen, 44, but did not specify why the embattled actor was seeking treatment.
Sheen's bosses expressed support for the actor in a statement that said they were temporarily stopping production of the show.
"CBS, Warner Bros. Television and (Executive Producer) Chuck Lorre support Charlie Sheen in his decision today to begin voluntary inpatient care at a treatment center," the statement said. "We wish him nothing but the best as he deals with this personal matter."

Where I came from, there was none of this namby-pamby bullshit of using rehab facilities or mediators. You want to know what my parents did when there was an upset within the family? Someone got beat, good and proper, and the matter was settled. Who cares if Daddy drinks too much or Mommy is a little insane? At least we stayed out of the media.
