Sean Penn has been down in Haiti helping the earthquake victims... or avoiding being sentenced for beating the crap out of a photog. But no matter the reason - he was down in Port-au-Prince...SAVING LIVES.
But his presence in Haiti isn't entirely fluff- according to eyewitnesses, Penn saved two people from the rubble this past week. Judging by what TMZ reported, I can only conclude that Sean Penn is a superhero:
An eyewitness tells TMZ Penn helped extricate the woman, who suffered leg injuries, and the child, who suffered head injuries. Penn drove them in his truck to the University of Miami hospital camp in Port-au-Prince.
Now that I know he is a decent guy, I feel bad for lighting his garbage on fire in response to his horrible actions. In case you were confused, I'm referring to his role in the movie Milk.
