Lindsay Lohan, either in a desperate cry for attention or perhaps a misguided attempt to keep her name clean, is suing E Trade. And yes, this is going to be ridiculous as it sounds.
The Superbowl commercial with the baby love triangle includes a toddler named Lindsay who is a "milkaholic." When you're as self-involved as Lindsay Lohan, of course that can be interpreted as being the baby version of Lindsay. According to TMZ:
Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, tells TMZ it doesn't matter that the commercial doesn't mention the name Lohan, adding, "Do you know the name Oprah? Do you know the name Madonna? Same thing."
No. No that's not the same thing. When I hear Lindsay, I think of that whore who dumped me in 10th grade. I don't think anyone's mind goes immediately to Lindsay Lohan.
So get off of your high horse, Lindsay Lohan. You're extremely stupid and you're not going to win the suit. You could do us all a favor by staying out of the media for at least a week, ok?
