Heather Locklear is kind of like Laura Bush... in that she hit a guy with her car. Law enforcement sources report that security cameras in Heather Locklear's neighborhood contain footage that connects Heather to a hit and run accident.
The police have checked the surveillance cameras from Heather's Westlake Village neighborhood; when her black BMW drove into the complex, it showed signs of being damaged in areas that were damaged in the crash.
The video of Heather was recorded hours after the actual accident, so there is no real proof that it was Heather in the 4am hit and run accident. She was arrested on Saturday for the misdemeanor hit-and-run, but it looks like she still may get out of it.
