It seems that both Charlie and Denise signed a legal document that states that Denise now has full legal custody of Sam and Lola, their kids today. Until this point, the custody was shared.
I can't blame the parents for signing the agreement, seeing that Charlie has had a lot of physical and mental problems for the past few years; it was in the kids' best interest to get them away from their crazy, crazy father.
Charlie has been paying Denise $50,000 a month in child support and Brooke Mueller's prenup agreement states that she will get $55,000 a month in child support plus add-ons. So it looks like Charlie will be losing major money - over $125,000 - a month.
