Peeps in the Aspen jail inform us that Charlie is eligible for "work release" ... aka getting out of jail free card (at least during the day). The stipulations for work release included working at a "productive job in the community."
The young Sheen is pleading no contest to his 3rd degree misdemeanor assault and he also accepta a 30-day sentence. If he is a good non-crazy, he'll only be in there for 17 days. While getting to work out of jail during the day.
