Apparently the celeb split isn't just a publicity stunt... Heidi Montag is serious about ending her marriage to Spencer Pratt. So much so, she has already hired a lawyer.
Jodeane Farrell is going to be Heidi's lawyer in the divorce - one who will hopefully procure Heidi the quickest divorce in the state of Divor... California.
Heidi and Spencer wish to have the divorce mediated (most likely by Jodeane); this means that they are going to attempt to make a deal together regarding property settlement... then they will wait the six months required by California law, and end their marriage.
The state of California should just do the US divorce rate a favor and outlaw the institution of marriage. And also Spencer Pratt.
