It's good to see that Katy Perry is always thinking outside of the box and never letting silly things like laws against "public indecency" stop her. She showed off her hipster attitude and body at the Much Music Video Awards by wearing an anti-dress.
It actually consisted of more non-dress than material, but it really brought out the hotness in her face. Men are always a fan of women who wear bright colored clothes in interesting and new ways. (Like "barely.")
