Victoria Justice, A.K.A., the hottest girl alive to have a superhero name, was at the 2010 MTV Awards over the weekend looking absolutely stunning. ... which isn't hard, considering she was competing against Lady Gaga in a meat dress (that was probably covered in maggots).
