Bristol Palin recently bought a $172,000 Arizona home - with cash. (I'm thinking that she took all of her DWTS money and put it towards a house. Derp.) But in case she wasn't aware, a house really isn't a great investment. Also, she probably doesn't know that she'll still have to pay property taxes, insurance, and utilities. (With having a mom politician, she really doesn't know much in her tiny woman brain.)
The house is 3,900 square feet, including 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3 car garage. It's located in Maricopa, AZ.... which is pretty darn far away from her family.
Bristol has been telling friends she's thinking about enrolling in college classes (probably at Arizona State).
I would also like to remind her that college costs money, too.
