So, Lindsay Lohan's out of rehab for the holidays, and her father, Michael Lohan, is out of jail for the holidays for a change (last year he was serving time for various assault charges at the Collins Correctional Facility in New York). So, what better way to celebrate their freedom than with a big Thanksgiving Day family reunion! That's right, Lindsay's already in New York for the holidays, and her father says he's pleased with how she's doing and he wishes to hold onto to the little bit of trust that he has established with his family. OK! Magazine reports:
But, he did admit that whatever it is that they'll be doing for the holiday, it will be better than last year's Thanksgiving. This is what he had to say to OK! when he compared this year's holiday with last year's:
Wow. That's pretty heavy. A father laments about his jail-time adventures and looks forward to his daughter, who was recently released from an extensive stay in rehab, to join him for a little Turkey and cranberry sauce. If that doesn't have the words "after-school special" written all over it, I don't know what does! But, wait? Who will play the recovering coke-addict troubled daughter?.. and who's going to play the abusive dad trying to make amends with his estranged family!? Wait a minute... how about Lindsay Lohan and Michael Lohan, respectively! That would be so believable, people would start getting T.V. mixed up with real life!.. and that kind of stuff SELLS! Wow, I'm brilliant. If this thing ever happens, I want a percentage cut... because I'm sure someone's going to steal my idea... I'm just too lazy to make it happen myself.
