Charlie Sheen, who has been stressing out as of late because of his drug addictions and whatnot, is finally going on a well-deserved vacation. (Even though he is supposed to be in rehab safe at home.)
Even though Brooke Mueller recently told police that Charlie held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her... she is going on a nice, beach holiday with him. She also moved back in with Charlie Sheen, porn star Bree Olsen and Charlie's current "girlfriend" Natalie Kelly. AND the four of them are going on a sexy getaway together. (This can't possibly be weird to just me.)
Radar has learned Sheen and his "roommates" were leaving Los Angeles on Wednesday to vacation on a private tropical island.
All of this is occurring as Sheen is supposed to be in rehab at home as his hit show is shut down.
And this isn't even rumor, either: Charlie Sheen boarded his private jet this afternoon along with his two new girlfriends and ex-wife Brooke Mueller ... and took off for an island near the Bahamas for a private adult vacation ... TMZ has learned.
