... it turns out that even though Lindsay Lohan is truly batty in every aspect, she did not do the damage to Samantha Ronson's face that you see in the above picture. She sustained some pretty nasty bruises on her face from a bicycle accident.
The haggard picture was posted on her Twitter while she was in the hospital, but the story didn't come out until later: she had just finished performing at a bar called The Brig in Venice when she met disaster. She was on her bike and a car "came out of nowhere" at her. She swerved in order to miss the car, but she was beat up pretty badly by the pavement she hit her face with.
