Mike Tyson's tattoo artist attempted to prevent "Hangover 2" from being released. He, of course, failed. Warner Bros. released a statement saying, "We are very gratified by the Court's decision which will allow the highly anticipated film, The Hangover 2, to be released on schedule this week around the world."
The artist claimed to have the face tattoo of Mike Tyson copyrighted.... and that since Ed Helm's has a copy of it on his face in the movie, he is entitled to some money. I'm actually not sure if you can copyright a shape... because if you can, I totally call dibs on the square.
