Of course Andy Dick is getting sued for allegedly whipping out his penis at a comedy club in Dallas. Not only did he allegedly take them out, but he also rubbed them against a male customer's face (allegedly).
According to the lawsuit, Andy was dressed like a woman during part of his act back in December 2010. During his act he walked into the crowd. The man that Andy assaulted claims Andy approached him in the crowd and "pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact the he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt."
Tucker says Andy then "forced his genitals against the left side of [Robert's] face."
No other explanation is needed. That is messed up, Andy Dick. And I expected so much more out of you.
