Breaking Dawn is Giving People Seizures. Seriously.

I absolutely knew it: the Twilight movies will kill you. According to several reports, the graphic birthing scene in "Breaking Dawn: Part One" has caused some people to have seizures. I'm completely convinced it's because their brains initiated their self-destruct sequences so that the people didn't have to watch the rest of the movie.

In Sacramento, a man told CBS13 he began to have a seizure during the scene and his wife described him as "convulsing, snorting, trying to breathe."

A man in Utah had the same thing happen to him, telling ABC-4, "I didn’t really remember what happened, after that I think I blacked out. According to [my wife], I was shaking and mumbling different noises."

Another possible cause is "photosensitive epilepsy." This can be caused by flashing lights (and if you remember, some people were claiming to have seizures when watching certain Japanese cartoons in the late 90s).

Twilight is evil. I will never be convinced that the awfulness of the movies didn't cause the seizures.
