Miley Cyrus just went from "mildly annoying but still bangable" to "that rabid lesbian is trying to steal my baby!" (Not that rabid lesbians do that normally, but let's just pretend for the sake of the LULZ here.) In some misguided attempt to appear unique, Miley Cyrus let a blind person dump peroxide on her head and then cut her hair. It's just a shame she survived the experience.
