Because of the allegations of Tony Parker having cheated on his wife with French model Alexandra Paressant, Eva Longoria, she made it a point to go out and support him on the basketball court and have dinner with him last night to show her support of big Tony because she knows he's guilty (in my opinion, anyway). People magazine reports: At the Los Angeles Lakers game that same evening – as the injured Parker watched his San Antonio Spurs from the sidelines – Longoria cheered them on from her seat behind the Spurs bench."
Now, is that an action that makes a deliberate statement of "I'm standing by my man" on Eva's behalf. Or does it rather say "I think he might have actually cheated so I'm going to go out of my way to make it look like I support him throughout all of this"? Hmm... I don't know, but either one seems just as possible as the other. People Magazine, however, seems to believe that the image they're showing is actually one of support and strength. People reports:
After his team's loss, Parker and Longoria headed out for a sushi dinner at Katsuya in Hollywood with a group of friends. Although the basketball star, 25, was noticeably subdued throughout the meal, he did lavish attention on his wife, slipping his arm around her shoulders and, at one point, leaning in to kiss her forehead. A source close to the couple insists, "They are perfectly happy, despite everything that's going on." That's certainly the image they're showing to the world. Just after midnight, they headed out of the restaurant through the front door and walked hand-in-hand through the waiting crowd of paparazzi."
I don't know, but for some reason being subdued and gently kissing your wife on her forehead sounds like an admission of guilt. Guys never go out of their way to be all intensely emotional and caring on a deep level like that unless they've done something wrong. Honestly, if he really did nothing room, they wouldn't go out and do extra stuff like that. Tony would just go home with Eva and say: "Listen Eva, don't give me that bull! If I wanted to cheat on that hot french model behind your back, I'd be with her right now! Instead, I'm sitting here, with you, watching TV and pretending to enjoy your incessant superficial comments about all things in the world, so get off my back and go get me a Rolling Rock, dammit." Now that's the mark of truth... not this sushi dinner and public display of affection crap! He might as well just walk around with a stamp on his forehead that reads "GUILTY." Then in parentheses he it should also read "for committing adultery, not just for being French." Awww, I'm kidding, I'm kidding... honestly. I love the French. They have wonderful bread and adorable little hats... how could you not love them!?
