Ashley Tisdale, or as I like to call her, that chick from Disney's High School Musical who isn't Vanessa Hudgens, finally showed her new nose to the world for the first time after getting a new nose just two weeks ago. Us Magazine reports
You can see her old nose on her face in the picture above left, while her new nose is being displayed in the picture shown above right. I think you can notice a pretty significant difference. She was going on and on a few weeks ago about how the planned surgery was purely medical and she doesn't want anyone to think that this had anything to do with cosmetics... but, truth of the matter is, she looks kind of different and whether she likes it or not, that means that at least some of the results of the surgery were cosmetic.
It's a good nose though. I thought she was cute anyway. Now, with her new nose, I think she looks that much better. It's like when you're a redneck and you live in a trailer park and you've got a perfectly good trailer home, then Christmas comes around and you treat yourself to a nice new pair of shiny hubcaps. It's the same cozy old home, only that much better! So, with that said, if I saw Ashley in person, I'd tell her she looks good. Then I'd probably grab her nose and shake it as thought it were a hand. I don't know why, but for some reason that seems like that would be the most appropriate way to greet her in this given situation.
