Mischa Barton has come out and said that she has no problem filming a nude scene. Nothing too exciting right? I mean Mischa Barton hasn’t exactly been popular since she left The OC. If it wasn’t for her recent Maxim cover I would have completely forgot about her existence. However, this willingness to go nude gave me an idea that will without a doubt bring her back to greatness.
First, here is what she said about going nude in a movie, which was clearly an attempt to bring attention to herself in hopes of breathing some life into her dying career:
Mischa, if you are reading this pay close attention… I’m about to give you a fool proof plan to get yourself back in the spotlight. I want everyone to think back to when Mischa played Marisa on The OC. During the shows second season there was a brief period of time (maybe a few episodes) where Marisa decided she was a lesbian and went on to have a steamy love affair with Alex, played by Olivia Wilde. Even if you haven't seen 2 seconds of this show, you've at least heard about Mischa and Olivia making-out during one of the episodes. It was this kiss that really brought both of their careers to the next level… for a brief period of time they had guys (and girls) in a frenzy dreaming and fantasizing about what it would be like if their kiss went a little further.
I think by now you know where I’m going with this, but here’s the clincher… Olivia Wilde is OK with nude scenes too! Has anyone seen Alpha Dog? Well there is a lengthy clip in the movie where she is nude and getting it on with Emile Hirsch. I think any movie that reunited Mischa and Olivia, and then went on to revisit their lesbian love for one another with a few erotic nude scenes would be dynamite on the big screen. Mischa, if you can make that happen I guarantee people will stop questioning whether or not you're even still alive these days and you’ll be back on top of the game in no time… hell, maybe you’d even win an Oscar? Okay, maybe not… maybe I just really want to see this movie and maybe I’m the only one, but hey… I know like 5 or 6 other dudes that would definitely, at the very least, rent it.
So in closing: Mischa, go find yourself a real trustworthy director, call up Olivia and pitch the idea… you can thank me later, I’ll be busy going through fan mail from every guy in the country that now worships me as their God for my role in making this happen.
