Mischa Barton has been arrested for DUI! People Magazine reports:
Wow. Just a couple of years ago, Mischa was on top of the world as one of the most sought-after young stars in Hollywood. All the guys wanted her and all the girls wanted to be her. Then, it seemed like Mischa had vanished out of thin air. I hadn't heard a thing about her with the exception of a recent Maxim spread and something about how she would go nude for a movie role. I should have seen this DUI coming! I mean, she vanishes and her career seemingly turns into nothing almost overnight. Then she struggles to stir up some controversy with provocative photoshoots and talking about nudity, but no one cares.
Now, in a desperate attempt to finally get the attention she craves, she follows the footsteps of Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie and starts driving under the influence, hoping to get caught and get a little free publicity. How pathetic is that!? Or... genius. Because, right now, even with my own words here, isn't her ploy sort of working. Funny how that works, isn't it! Those celebrities... so ruthless and deceptive, yet you can't help but love their pretty faces! Ahh, the horror of it all!
