Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are officially getting a divorce. People Magazine reports:
Wow. Those two have been together for years... since '96, to be exact. That's over a decade. In Hollywood marriage years, that's pretty much over a lifetime! This is a bit of a shock for me. In the end, though, who didn't really see this coming. I mean, if you guys remember, Robin Wright Penn is the infamous "Jenny" from Forrest Gump. You know, I really came to love Forrest in that movie and I just got damn sick of seeing "Jenny" walk all over him and metaphorically stomp on Forrest's tiny little heart with her 1970's platform high heels! Sure, she came around in the end, when she was sick and she needed Forrest and his money! But that's no excuse. You don't just take a man's heart, chew it up, and spit it out like that! Ahh, women!!!
So, basically, since that role, and you saw the true Robin Wright Penn, you just knew that it was only a matter of time until she did the same thing in real-life. You know, because Hollywood movies and real-life are practically the same thing. I mean, it's just a fact of the world really.
